Sara Hayes is a Mindset & Life Coach for Women Who Run and the founder of Mindful Miles, a global community redefining what it means to be a runner. A former competitive runner and Ivy League graduate, Sara draws on her own journey of healing from disordered eating and all-or-nothing thinking to help women reclaim confidence, joy, and presence in their lives. With a background spanning professional sports, entertainment, and tech, she blends high-performance insight with deeply human coaching. Through her programs and membership, she’s guided hundreds of women to run in the body they have now, heal their relationship with movement, and rewrite their story—on and off the run.
